She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University and later graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. With over 10 years of experience in high-end resorts and private golf clubs that shaped her creativity, precision, and dedication to her craft. Which led to her blending her professional training, hospitality background, and strong family support into a bakery known for heart, tradition, and beautifully crafted desserts.

Tia Maria's Bakery is a Latina owned business with Nicaraguan roots that started in the middle of a pandemic in 2021. With family values we have built a community following in Arizona. We can be found at local farmers markets and city events around the valley sharing fresh-baked goods and connecting with the community one dessert at a time.
